Authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the engineering service contract with Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, LLC, f/k/a Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc., to provide additional engineering design services for Streetscape/Urban Design Group 17-7006 (list attached to the Agenda Information Sheet) - Not to exceed $91,515.00, from $175,735.00 to $267,250.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Fund) ($3,280.00), Equity Revitalization Capital Fund ($88,235.00)

BACKGROUND
On January 23, 2019, City Council authorized a professional services contract with Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc. for the engineering design of Streetscape/Urban Design Group 17-7006 by Resolution No. 19-0158.
On March 6, 2020, citizen requests were received to perform necessary streetscape and urban design improvements at the Ferguson Road/Highland Road intersection as part of the on-going Streetscape/Urban Design Group 17-7006 Project.
This action will authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with Pacheco Koch Engineers, LLC, f/k/a Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc., to provide additional engineering design services for Streetscape/Urban Design Group 17-7006. Also, this action will add the streetscape and urban design improvements needed at the Ferguson Road/Highland Road intersection to the contract.
