BACKGROUND

In October 2021, the Department of Equipment and Fleet Management applied for funding under the Clean Fleets North Texas 2020 Call for Projects from the North Central Texas Council of Governments. This $109,116.00 grant award represents partial funding for two replacement vehicles for the City of Dallas that will be assigned to the Department of Public Works. These two vehicles include two projects/activities for two 5/6 cubic yard dump trucks. The award funds approximately 30 percent of the cost of a replacement vehicle or equipment.
