BACKGROUND

 

Plaintiff, Selina Workman, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on May 15, 2017, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle.  The City and Ms. Workman have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval.  Plaintiff is represented by Bailey and Galyen, Attorneys at Law.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on August 5, 2022.
