BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a drainage easement with a temporary working space easement and a storm sewer easement to MQMF Dallas Carlisle Street LLC, the abutting owner containing a total of approximately 1,621 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.

On August 10, 2022, this item was deferred by Mayor Pro Tem Carolyn King Arnold.
