BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a water easement from Industrial Manor, L.P., of approximately 400 square feet of land located near the intersection of Manor Way and Peeler Street for the Manor and Peeler Water and Wastewater Replacement Project. This property will be used for the construction and maintenance of a new commercial water meter vault to replace the existing one. The new meter will be more convenient and allow safer access for City personnel to read and maintain. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. No relocation costs are associated.
