Authorize the Second Amendment to the Dallas Love Field Food and Beverage Concession Contract at Dallas Love Field Airport dated March 7, 2012, originally entered with Gina Puente Ventures, Inc. succeeded in interest by Puente Enterprises, Inc., with CBC SSP America DAL, LLC by Resolution No. 15-1335 to (1) exercise both one-year renewal terms provided for in the concession contract for the space formerly branded as Sky Canyon; and (2) add two one-year extension terms to the concession contract - Estimated Revenue: Aviation Fund $824,000.00

BACKGROUND
Puente Enterprises, Inc. entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with CBC SSP America DAL, LLC, effective July 15, 2022, pursuant to which Puente Enterprises, Inc. will assign the concession contract for the space formerly branded as Sky Canyon to CBC SSP America DAL, LLC. Pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, the assignment will take place once the City has executed a consent to assignment and the City Council has authorized this Second Amendment to be executed with CBC SSP America DAL, LLC (the authorization is conditioned on the assignment of the concession contract, and the Second Amendment will not be executed until the assignment takes place).
The concession contract's primary term expires on October 31, 2023. The exercise of the renewal terms and the addition of the extension terms will provide CBC SSP America DAL, LLC time to amortize costs associated with re-branding and remodeling the 1,765 square foot space.
CBC SSP America DAL, LLC is the current concessionaire for the AV8 Bar Caf? unit C2151B, located inside the Dallas Love Field Terminal Building.
