Authorize a construction services contract for the construction of Street Reconstruction Group 17-1405 (list attached to the Agenda Information Sheet) - Aushill Construction, LLC, lowest responsible bidder of four - Not to exceed $2,132,880.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Funds) ($1,633,770.00), Water Construction Fund ($327,710.00), Wastewater Capital Improvement G Fund ($161,850.00), and Wastewater Construction Fund ($9,550.00)

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Aushill Construction, LLC for the construction of three street reconstruction projects as Street Reconstruction Group 17-1405.
The project group scope will include replacing the existing deteriorating streets with new reinforced concrete pavement, curb, gutter, driveway approaches, sidewalks, storm drainage, water and wastewater improvements, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Following are the locations and construction cost for each project:
