BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of Altamoore Drive to TC Cedar-Alt Distribution Center, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 70,624 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an industrial development. The owner will dedicate a total of approximately 81,095 square feet of land needed for street right-of-way. The abandonment fee is based on an independent appraisal.
Notices were sent to 12 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
