Recommendation of Staff: Approval of a CS Commercial Service District, subject to deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant; and approval of a Specific Use Permit for a two-year period, subject to a site plan and staff’s recommended conditions
Recommendation of CPC: Denial of a CS Commercial Service District with deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant; and denial of a Specific Use Permit for a commercial motor vehicle parking use
