BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a traffic barrier easement to HW Scyene, LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 269 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for a commercial development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required.
