BACKGROUND
First Financial Asset Management, the subrogation vendor of GEICO Insurance filed a claim against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged property damage and other damages sustained by Mary Rivera in an automobile collision on December 22, 2021, involving a City of Dallas ambulance. First Financial Asset Management and the city have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on January 20, 2023.
