BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Marcus Britton filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on January 13, 2021, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle. The City and Mr. Britton have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Donovan S. Brittian and Godsey Martin, PC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on January 20, 2023.
