BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of three floodway easements to Norma June Wilson, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 5,041 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residence. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
