BACKGROUND
Dallas Love Field Love Connection is located at 6814 Harry Hines Boulevard and was first built in 1957 as a truck stop center. The property deed was transferred to the City of Dallas in 2016. The parking lot is sitting on 13.5 acres at Dallas Love Field property.
This project will procure an engineering firm to design parking lot pavement, grading and drainage improvements to correct existing deficiencies.
This action will authorize an engineering services contract with Urban Engineers, Inc. dba Urban Services, Inc. to provide engineering services for parking lot pavement, grading & drainage improvements, correct existing deficiencies, bid phase and construction administration services.
ESTIMATED SCHEDULE OF PROJECT
Begin Design April 2023
Complete Design March 2024
Begin Construction October 2024
Complete Construction September 2024
