BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Reynaldo Mota filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on June 2, 2021, involving a Public Works vehicle. The City and Mr. Mota have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Emmerico T. Nepomuceno and the Law Office of Merick Nepomuceno.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on March 3, 2023.
