BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a water easement with temporary working space easement to IDIL Miller 635, L.P., the abutting owner, containing approximately 47,970 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct two industrial buildings. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
