BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC for the use of approximately 29 square feet of land to install, maintain and utilize an electrical meter with a switch box on a portion of Taylor Street right-of-way, located near its intersection with Walton Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is 13 years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
