Authorize a Beautification and Maintenance Agreement for a ten-year period beginning on execution of the agreement and ending ten years thereafter, with the option to renew for an additional ten-year term, subject to City Council approval, with Fort Worth Avenue Development Group for the installation and maintenance of landscape improvements, consisting of a historic marker plaque and barrier improvements also known as The Monument Marker for the Historic West Dallas Gateway Pecan Tree Project in the right-of-way within the following limits: between North Beckley Avenue to the west, North Beckley Avenue to the east, 300 feet north of North Beckley Avenue to the south, and 300 feet south of West Commerce Street to the north - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize the City Manager to execute a Beautification and Maintenance Agreement with Fort Worth Avenue Development Group, for the installation and maintenance of landscape improvements, consisting of a historic marker plaque and barrier improvements also known as The Monument Marker for the Historic West Dallas Gateway Pecan Tree Project within the following limits: between North Beckley Avenue to the west, North Beckley Avenue to the east, 300 feet north of North Beckley Avenue to the south, and 300 feet south of West Commerce Street to the north.
The Fort Worth Avenue Development Group will be solely responsible for all costs arising from the Agreement, including but not limited to design, installation, and maintenance of landscape improvements, including the replacement and repair of any landscape components, and other services as outlined in the Beautification and Maintenance Agreement, for a ten-year ...
