BACKGROUND
The City of Dallas filed suit against Bond Equipment Company, Inc. seeking return of a vehicle repaired by Bond Equipment Company, with repairs totaling $90,739.90, much higher than the Approved Cap of $59,557.98. Bond Equipment Company, Inc. filed counterclaims against the City of Dallas. The City and Bond Equipment Company have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Defendant is represented by Shields Legal Group.
