BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a floodway easement to Lutheran Secondary Association of Dallas, Inc., the abutting owner, containing approximately 62,786 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct new classroom buildings. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
