BACKGROUND
The scope of work includes one lighted and irrigated soccer field, 58 car lighted parking area, 32 site trees, dumpster enclosure, grading, drainage, sidewalk, metal beam guardrail, retaining wall, goal post assemblies, bleachers, trash receptacles, drinking fountain, and ballstop fencing.
On July 13, 2022 and July 20, 2022, the City of Dallas advertised for bids for Wheatland Park Football Complex. In response to the advertisement, the Office of Procurement Services received bids from two responsible firms on August 12, 2022. There were two non-responsive firms.

This item authorizes award of a construction services contract to North Rock Construction, LLC for the Wheatland Park Football Complex for the Base Bid and Alternate No. 1, with a total bid amount of $2,261,939.47. This project was included in the 2017 Bond Program.
