BACKGROUND

 

Plaintiff Adela Villatoro-Cruz filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on May 2, 2019, involving a former Sanitation Services employee who was driving a city-owned sanitation truck. The City and Ms. Villatoro-Cruz have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval.  Plaintiff is represented by the Law Offices of Domingo A. Garcia, P.C.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on April 7, 2023.
