Authorize an amendment to the 2023 City Calendar to (1) move the Mayor & City Council Election Runoff (if needed) from June 3, 2023 to June 10, 2023; and (2) move the NCTCOG Regional Transportation Council meetings from September 7, 2023 to September 14, 2023 and December 7, 2023 to December 14, 2023 - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
Resolution No. 89-3796 requires the City Council to adopt an annual calendar. The Dallas Mayor and City Council runoff election (if needed) has been moved to June 10, 2023. This amendment also corrects two Regional Transportation Council meetings that were noted on the calendar on the first Thursday of the month instead of the second in error.
The City Calendar includes all City Council briefing and agenda meetings, budget briefings and workshops, Council Committee meetings, and City holidays. The City Calendar is available on the City's website at www.dallascityhall.com and is made available in the Mayor and City Council Office to all residents who request copies. The City Calendar is also available for download and synching into calendar software on computers or mobile devices via a link on the City's website.

The Government Performance & Financial Management Committee was briefed by memorandum regarding this matter on August 22, 2022.
The City Council was briefed by memorandum regarding this matter on September 16, 2022.
The Government Performance & Financial Management Committee was briefed by memorandum regarding this matter on October 3, 2022. The committee considered a motion to move the 2023 City Calendar item forward to full council with a
recommendation of approval.
