BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Marcus Ventresca filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on July 12, 2017, involving a Park and Recreation employee who was operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Mr. Ventresca have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by the Law Offices of Tim O’Hare.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on April 7, 2023.
