BACKGROUND

This Supplemental Agreement will provide for continuous maintenance and support for the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems at Stormwater and Floodplain (previously known as Trinity Watershed Management) and Dallas Water Utilities (DWU). Stormwater and Floodplain manages several pump station and other facilities including SCADA system and Automated Local evaluation in real time (ALERT) system which needs support and maintenance services. These services include SCADA equipment parts repair, replacement parts and software support. DWU manages three treatment plants and two wastewater treatment plants including collections and water distribution.
