An ordinance amending Chapter 53, “Dallas Building Code,” of the Dallas City Code, as amended; (1) adopting with certain changes the 2021 Edition of the International Building Code of the International Code Council, Inc.; (2) regulating the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, demolition, use, and maintenance of construction work in the city; (3) providing a penalty not to exceed $2,000.00; (4) providing a saving clause; (5) providing a severability clause; and (6) providing an effective date - Financing: No cost consideration to the City
