BACKGROUND
On July 6, 2021, the City of Dallas and Dallas County entered into a Master Agreement by Commissioners Court Order 2021-0697 for the purpose of transportation improvements on roads inside Dallas County. The City wishes to enter into a Project Specific Agreement (PSA) with Dallas County for the purpose of constructing transportation improvements on Dynamic Message Sign Board, MCIP Project No. 30251, Fair Park Area ("Project") to improve multi-modal mobility, safety, and connectivity to Baylor Scott and White's facility and transit facilities; and the City has requested that it be designated as the Lead Agency for the Project and will provide the Project Manager.
This PSA for the Dynamic Message Sign Board project will upgrade Dynamic Message sign boards with associated work in the Fair Park Area to improve multi-modal mobility, safety, and connectivity. This Project will facilitate the movement of public transportation to benefit both the City and Dallas County.
