BACKGROUND

Part One of this action, in the amount of $7,799,461.75, consists of a small services 12-month master agreement for the installation of 3/4 inch to 2-inch water services and 6-inch wastewater connections, as requested by the Development Services Department, upon issuance of a permit to the property owner. The fees collected to provide these services will be applied to future small services agreements.

Part Two of this action, in the amount of $2,533,711.00, includes the installation of a 20-inch gate valve, approximately 50 linear feet of 6-inch and 400 linear feet of 8-inch water mains, and the installation of approximately 800 linear feet of 8-inch, 220 linear feet of 12-inch, and 960 linear feet of 18-inch wastewater mains.
