BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to 23 Springs, LP for the use of approximately 453 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize a subsurface electrical utility vault under a portion of Bookhout Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Cedar Springs Road. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
