BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to QT South, LLC for the use of approximately 100 square feet of land to occupy, maintain, and utilize two benches and two trash receptacles on portions of Knoll Trail Drive right-of-way located near its intersection with Arapaho Road. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
