BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of an alley to Patrick Michael Floeck and Caroline Hickey Floeck, the abutting owners, containing approximately 2,338 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owners to construct a pool. The abandonment fee is based on an independent appraisal.
Notices were sent to 49 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There was one response received in opposition to this request.
