BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a private plumbing easement to American Board of OBGYN Educational Foundation, Inc., the abutting owner, containing approximately 839 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an office development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
