BACKGROUND
March 10, 2023, six bids were received for the Cadillac Heights Park Demolition and Reestablishment project. The work includes demolition of street, sidewalks, driveways, and stormwater curb-inlets as well as regrading and installation of new sections of the underground stormwater drain system.
This action will authorize the award of a construction services contract with Texas Standard Construction Ltd., for the Cadillac Heights Park Demolition and Reestablishment Project located at 2924 Cedar Crest Boulevard for a total contract amount of $748,177.40.
