BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to Oeste Tres, LLC dba Three Links Deep Ellum, for the use of a total of approximately 77 square feet of land to occupy, maintain, and utilize a sidewalk café and an A-frame sign on portions of Elm Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Crowdus Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is three years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
