BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department, authorizes a five-year lease agreement, with two five-year renewal options, with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, for approximately 528 square feet of City-owned land located at 500 North Malcolm X Boulevard. This lease will provide for the continued use as a cellular transmission and receiving facility.
The lease will begin March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2028.
