An application for 1) a Planned Development District, and 2) a removal of the D Liquor Control Overlay on property zoned Planned Development District No. 9 with a D Liquor Control Overlay and a GR General Retail Subdistrict within Planned Development District No. 193, the Oak Lawn Special Purpose District, at the east corner of Cedar Springs Road and Fairmount Street.
Staff Recommendation: Approval of a planned development district, subject to a development plan, setback and height plan, landscape plan, and staff’s recommended conditions, and approval of removal of the D Liquor Control Overlay.
