BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement with temporary working space easement to SW White Rock Trail Owner, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 4,457 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residential development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
