BACKGROUND
The Dallas Education Foundation is a tax exempt non-profit educational organization that inspires community investment to accelerate student success. Dallas Education Foundation desires to provide $800,000.00 for the restoration and renovation of concessions and restrooms at Reverchon Park Baseball Field. Dallas Education Foundation is seeking naming rights for the scoreboard as part of the donation.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On October 5, 2023, the Park and Recreation Board authorized the acceptance of funds from the Dalas Education Foundation in the amount of $800,000.00.
