BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Yohannes Seyoum filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages he sustained in an automobile collision on March 17, 2021, with a Dallas Police Department employee who was operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Yohannes have reached a proposed settlement subject to city council approval. Plaintiff is represented by John R. Salazar, P.C.
