BACKGROUND
The item, on behalf of the Park and Recreation Department, authorizes the conveyance of an easement and right of way containing approximately 2,286 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the reconstruction, maintenance and use of power lines and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land, located at the intersection of Schroeder Road and Willowdell Drive.
This easement will provide electrical power to the Willie B. Johnson Recreation Center.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On September 7, 2023, the Park and Recreation Board authorized a conveyance of easement containing approximately 2,286 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the sole use of providing power to Hamilton Park for the Willie B. Recreation Center Project located at 12225 Willowdell Drive.
