BACKGROUND
This item will declare approximately 1,112 square feet of undevelopable City-owned land unwanted and unneeded, located near the intersection of South Haskell Avenue and Crosstown Expressway and authorizing its sale to James Lee, the abutting owner. This land will be used for an outdoor seating area. The land cannot be used independently under current zoning or under applicable subdivision or other development control ordinances and should be sold to the abutting owner.
This property will be conveyed with a restriction prohibiting the placement of industrialized housing and a reservation of all oil and gas minerals under the property.
This property will return to the tax rolls upon conveyance.
