BACKGROUND
The Request for Qualifications (CIZ-DWU-22 309E) was issued in July 2022 for the 2022 Construction Material Testing Services. The consulting firm, TSIT Engineering and Consulting, LLC, was selected following a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize a professional services contract with TSIT Engineering and Consulting, LLC for the construction material testing services for pavement reconstruction improvements for the Commerce Street from Good Latimer Expressway to Exposition Avenue scope of work. These testing services are required to assure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.

Begin Testing April 2024
Complete Testing April 2027
