BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from TB West Commerce LLC, of approximately 27,623 square feet of land located near the intersection of West Commerce and Herbert Streets for the West Dallas Gateway Project. This property will be used for street improvements. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation costs associated.
