BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement to Hardwood Cedars Developers, LLC, the abutting owner containing approximately 1,413 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
