BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Paul Baldwin filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on July 5, 2019, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle. The City and Mr. Baldwin have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Witherite Law Group, PLLC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on February 3, 2023.
