BACKGROUND
The City of Dallas has determined as part of Street Reconstruction Group 17-6004 that it is necessary to reconstruct the existing Dallas, Garland and Northeastern Railroad at-grade public crossing of Nagle Street between Denton Drive and Overlake Drive.
This action will authorize a construction and maintenance agreement with Dallas, Garland and Northeastern Railroad for the reconstruction and maintenance of the existing Nagle Street at-grade public crossing between Denton Drive and Overlake Drive.
ESTIMATED SCHEDULE OF PROJECT
Begin Construction October 2023
Complete Construction November 2024
