BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to BCIF Oakdale Logistics Center LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 157,176 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an industrial development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
