BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Latisha Blair filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on February 4, 2020, involving a Dallas Police Department officer who was operating a city-owned patrol car. The City and Ms. Blair have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Larry Rolle and Rolle Eaton Law.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on June 9, 2023.
