BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Valeria Bollin filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on June 1, 2019, involving a Dallas Police Department officer who was operating a city-owned patrol car. The city and Ms. Bollin have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Andrew Vrankovic and the law firm Ben Abbott & Associates.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on June 9, 2023.
