BACKGROUND
Plaintiff 6101 Mockingbird, LLC, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for an alleged illegal exaction. The court entered a judgment against the city of $850,000.00 including damages, attorney’s fees and expenses, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and costs of court. Plaintiffs are represented by the Law Offices of Brad Jackson.
